Hello Iron front and WarMod fans!
I am happy to announce the release of the new rebuilt version of IFA3WarMod.
a rundown of what this new version is:
Rebuilt from the ground up
contains most of the existing mods from the previous latest version 1.13 (1.12 w/patch 1.13 applied)
contains 8+ brand new mods + an addition of optional addons you can add
updated, and new readmes with a different approach for providing info on whats in the mod, more simpler imo
latest versions of all existing mods, tweaked for those with a userconfig
includes a demo mission type template that gives you some freedom to mess around with the mod
all content which is the: (infantry weapons, tanks, vehicles, static weapons, ammo boxes) were removed
IFA3WarMod v1.14 is massive addon & mod customizable compilation mod of gameplay features and functions if you want the new content get my IFA3WarModSA version which is only the content
Alot of time was spent in testing this, and theres probably more testing that can be done.
Aside a few noted mods that may cause a performance issues, those issues can depend on the user's computer and what their playing, so it will vary from person to person.
Keep in mind that the mod is modular, so you can remove a mod/feature if you do not care for it, or is giving you trouble.

- Added: FFV and windshield animation for Willys Jeep.
- Updated: maxHorizontalRotSpeed to more realistic configuration thanks to Rowdy!
- Fixed: shadow lod issue on german soldier_camo5.
- Fixed: obsolete flags removed/trailing spaces in named property.
- Fixed: invincible M3 Half Track gunner.
- Fixed: faulty class= tag in the header (Structures/Buildings2_m/WW2_DLC1_Apteka_ruins.p3d).

- [BLEEDOUT 1.26] Reduced incidence of writhing units rotating to face targets (not 100% perfect, there's something dodgy going on at engine level).
- [FALL 1.53] Units who have taken a big hit will have their subsequent movement speed decreased slightly.
- [FOG 1.44] More ground mist wind sensitivity adjustments.
- [HUD 1.58] Positional audio ping of nearest enemy (may be toggled with Ctrl-Alt-P). Beep volume dependent on distance to enemy, beep pitch dependent on whether enemy is in front of or behind player

This version of IFA3WarMod is a rebuild of the mod,
The mod started with full version 1.6 and then all patches to v1.11 were applied from there
the following things were done:
- Updated all ace files to the latest version
- Updated few mods to their latest versions
- tweaked userconfig
Removed the following files:
- ada_weaponsfatigue_if - this was based on the new mg's but did not work anymore
- Bullet_Hits_Value - this was for tank/at rockets penetration values, IFA3 Lite has it better
- Damage - failed to work
- GL5_Radio_Chatter - did not work and when it did was not immersive
- ifa3_ammorepack - failed to work
- IFA3_core - spitting up errors
- ifa3_dispersion - failed to work
- ifa3_mines - worked with IFA3 Core, cause issues and error was coming up
- IFA3_newbox - new ammo box fails to appear ingame now
- ifa3_pz3 - New tanks, these are the panzer 3's all their gun sites are broke, missing textures, and no sound for mgs
- ifa3_recoil - Ace already has something for recoil, this file is redundant plus it didn't work
- ifa3_weapons - Some of the new weapons, they have missing/broken textures, and a couple distort the character model
- ifa3_weaponsdamage - Had to do with grenades, grenades were fixed in IFA3 Lite so this file is redundant
- mags - used by the new weapons
- mines - Did not work
- ragdols - Does not work anymore
- sakueditor - This file does not work, it was built for the editor before Eden
- sakumapinventory - Same as above
- slx_cloud
- slx_effects
- slx_explosiondust - Does not work
- tb_cargo_if - redundant
- vehicles_optic - not needed

Mod performs better, errors removed except two which are based on IFA3 Lite compatibility.

Iron Front : Rearmed (Formerly known as "Iron Front Overhaul Mod") is a mod made for IFA2. Designed for use with ACE, Blastcore FX, and COSLX. It fixes a lot of the issues in IFA2 as well as changing and adding things for historical accuracy and realism. Installation instructions are in the readme included in the mod as well as a changelog for the current version. The current version is v1.2 and there are screenshots below. Unfortunately I had to accelerate the release of this new version as I have a Unit and we needed the mods to play, so some stuff that I hoped to get into this version did not (i.e. winter units) and will be coming next version. I hope you enjoy the mod and please feel free to give me suggestions on what to add and change.

The Fg42 is a model created by my former IFR team (IFR=Iron Front Revival)
back in 2013 for IFA2, recently a friend had worked ported it to Arma3 for IFA3.

The Iron Front Overhaul is a mod made for IFA2, designed for use with ACE and COSLX, it fixes a lot of the issues in IFA2 as well as changing and adding things. Installation instructions are in the readme included in the mod. This is "version 1.0 (Lite)", The "lite" in no way means "dumbed down" or anything of that sort, it simply means that this version does not include assets from other mods without their permission. Right now I don't have any screenshots but I will soon, also there is a list of changes below. I hope you enjoy the mod and please feel free to give me suggestions on what to add and change.
